You may find this type of psychotherapy useful if you are seeking increased well-being, and/or, relief from a range of difficulties including problems such as: – social anxieties (difficulties with other people in one-to-one or group situations) obsessiveness, eating difficulties such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia, weight problems, stress and nervousness, depression, low self esteem, difficulties with bereavement. You may be experiencing: – sexual difficulties, disruption to relationship, anxiety, chronic ill health, panic attacks, overactivity, inability to concentrate, worry that people are thinking about you negatively, and loss of motivation, amongst other difficulties.
You may need help to understand intense feelings of loneliness or despair, worries about identity, compulsions (feelings of wanting and needing to so something over and over again or at particular times), sleep difficulties, phobias, and performance anxieties.

You are welcome to bring problems of this kind, and others, to psychotherapy. Here specific drugs will not be prescribed, or judgements made but these difficulties will be gently explored together during weekly, bi-weekly, or thrice weekly, sessions.
